On February 26, the Tashkent Metallurgical Plant (TMZ) welcomed the Ambassador of Latvia to Uzbekistan, Mr. Reinis Trokša, underscoring the growing interest of Latvian companies in cooperation and strengthening economic ties between Uzbekistan and Latvia.
Over the past four years, TMZ has exported more than 20,000 tons of its products to European countries, including 15,000 tons through Latvia. This confirms the high quality of TMZ’s products and their competitiveness in the international market, as well as the stable demand and trust from foreign partners.
During the meeting, a cooperation agreement was signed with another major customer in the European Union market. This new partnership will help increase supply volumes, expand sales markets across Europe, and strengthen long-term trade relations.
